Amanda Byrd is a lifelong resident of Ponte Vedra Beach and a full-time real estate agent since 2015. Amanda works closely with her mother, Sally Sergeant, as a dynamic mother-daughter team, and together they bring decades of real estate experience to the table.

 

A graduate of Florida State University, Amanda has been raised in the industry, giving her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in first-time homebuyers, luxury real estate, waterfront properties, and golf communities.

 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Amanda is married to Alex and a proud mother of twin toddlers, Andrew and Audrey. When she is not busy helping her clients find their dream homes, Amanda enjoys any reason to host a dinner party, explore the beautiful beaches of Ponte Vedra for shark teeth, and stay active in her local community and church!
